Services
We are a training, program development, research and evaluation organization that
has over 30 years experience in education and industry fields. Our services include
short and long term contracts that have/are:
- Provided specialized programs that trained employees, faculty, staff, parents, students and new and existing business owners.
- Provided in-house training in professional and personal development using company specifications, custom developed classes and shelf curriculum.
- Provided technical assistance to new and existing businesses and provided technical assistance to loan recipients totaling more than $2M in Community Express Lending from 2005-2006 in Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin and Lubbock, Texas.
- Served as a subcontractor in the development of the Five-Year Strategic Plan for the Technology Department of the Houston ISD in partnership with ESP Solutions Group (Austin, Texas).
- Developed and implemented the HISD Family Literacy programs adult component [GED, ESL, Computer and Parent/Child training]—focusing on adult literacy and student achievement since 2003. Awarded the sole-source contractor for $1.7 million to develop and implement an adult component in 2003-2004. Provided services to 93 schools, training more than 1,600 parents.
- Developed the plan for the Small Business Development Institute at the Houston Community College in 2005, expanded the program to three system districts in 2006.
- Developed training materials and providing instruction for the University of Houston Small Business Development Center Entrepreneurial Training programs since 1999.
- Providing program audit services for the Housing Authority City of Houston Senior Development Centers. Three year project ends in 2007.
- Developed ½ and full day training for Choice Hotels (Arizona) based o annual employee surveys and evaluations.
- Providing consultation services to Palo Alto Software, Business and Marketing Plan Consultant.
- Providing Career Development assistance to DeVry University students participating in the Associate and Bachelor Degree programs.
- Developing School Safety Train-the-Trainer programs to the Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO) Solutions Phase 2 rail expansion programs for the public schools in Houston ISD and Spring Branch ISD through 2012.
- Providing research, evaluation, outreach and communication services to the Small Business Enterprise and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise program as a part of the METRO Solutions Phase 2 rail expansion programs through 2012.

We plan and develop new programs, provide technical assistance for new and existing training and programs. We specialize in curricula development for youth and adult learners.
